How I became a copywriting and proofreading expert.
OK, so I’m not really a copywriting expert but the 100’s of small business owners I have helped go from struggling to landing clients to respected as an authority in their fields, actually think I am. I will blow my own horn at proofreading, however!! Toot! Toot! I’ve loved language arts since junior high school and spelling and punctuation were always friends of mine! And I love introducing them to others! So not only do I write, but I also proofread (certified no less!).
I think it’s a nice side effect—helping so many people overcome their conversation through print struggles—because I care and want your customer base to acknowledge you for your excellent work and effectively communicate what you have to offer.
Before I dedicated myself to helping people say adios to finding time to write even a small book or ebook, as well as showing them where to place a comma or insert quotation marks, I was an adult educator, an accountant, and now the owner of my writing and editing business. It took a lot of inspiration and a truck-load of guts to get to where I am today. And I’m proud of my journey!

I decided I was going to figure this whole editing and copywriting thing out.
For once, I wanted a solution…not just a possible solution, but a sure-shot, carved-in-stone solution! People notice when you write mistakes. People see when you don’t have a published book or e-book. People notice – and those people are your potential customers.
