I know you know that alcohol is addictive. Yes? My addiction fooled me into thinking I needed it to relieve stress and anxiety. It hooked me. Every night. Every. Night. For three years, I hid it and hoped the need would pass.
Do you know what alcohol does to the body? To the heart? To the brain? I needed to learn how damaging this silent killer is. I puked once too many times. So again, I quit.
